By signing in via Google OAuth or otherwise using LeenqIn, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

LeenqIn allows users to:

• Create and customize digital business cards
• Share cards via link, QR code, NFC, or social media
• Broadcast cards on local networks (with optional room codes)
• Discover, save, and organize cards from others
• Manage collections of saved contacts

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
• Respect the intellectual property of others
• Not use the Platform for spam, phishing, or automated scraping
• Secure your account credentials

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., logos, photos). By using LeenqIn, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your card data solely to provide the service.

All LeenqIn software, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by LeenqIn and may not be copied or used without permission.

5. Local Broadcasting Feature

The "broadcast" feature enables temporary, local discovery of your card on the same Wi-Fi network. You are responsible for:

• Setting appropriate broadcast and room codes
• Understanding that anyone with the correct code can view your card
• Not broadcasting in restricted or sensitive environments

We are not liable for unintended exposure of your card data via this feature.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeenqIn is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeenqIn disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, business, or profits
• Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth)
• Unauthorized access due to user error (e.g., sharing broadcast codes publicly)

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of LeenqIn constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
